where is my positive attitude?
getting frustrated, but i know if i think i am not doing good enough, i will not do good. but still mad at my performance, and yoyo of qbank score, which is gonna expire preety soon. i am not planning to write anything from qbank, since i did it during first time uw, and first 2 notes were totally useless, the third one, still havent got chance to see, what did i write. and for qbank, one of my friend had some note of physio and patho, i have that, in case i need to know.
if i plan to finish qbank, before it expire i need to do 100 q a day, i did one block, got tired, then started 2nd one and my husband came, so i suspended it, and i lost the mood, anyway, i am mad that i am getting bad scores, yesterday i got 42%, today first i got 56%, then i got 48%. thank God we dont have a gun in the house
now, i have one hour, i didnt review the 2nd one, dont have mood, i could listen Goljan, i dont know, i dont know how people do 100 q a day. but i have to do it. i have to be veryyyyyy positive, i am about to loose it.

 tired, today is the first time i ever did 150 questions, to cover for weekend, bad thing is there are 4days of weekend before qbank expire, and one day, cant study, have to go out of town. i have always hard time maintaining time, sometime i cant touch last 4/5 questions, the best thing happens is i marked the last one and times up , but in that case, i do last 4 questions in 2 minutes, especially last one in 23 seconds, so most of the time, last few questions are wrong, i dont even think straight. i always had problem with time. and i have notice sometime i skip something in tension.
another discovery, i always screw up, anti centromere, anti ds-DNA, and ro, la, do, re mi. today i did twice in my first 2 blocks.. and those c myc, stuff bcl-2, confusing smudge cell with hairy cell, AL and AA chain, dang. anyway, i realized i have forgot many pharma drugs, that doesnt bother me much, only some patho question when i see majority got it right and i am wrong, i get  at myself. shame shame shame on Bush..
ok, today i did one block at 12.30, the 2nd one at 5.30 and after that i was dieing, then after taking longgggggg break, i just finished the third one, didnt look for answer, yet. i think i am disoriented now. and scores are still not good.1300 questions left 
ok, lets be positive, no big deal, i can do it. CAN'T AFFORD THE LUXURY OF NEGATIVE THOUGHT. I did it before, its mainly believing myself, and hoping, working hard, then the tree will grow. If i leave the garden not tendering it, plant will die. I cant give up. No one is dumb, its all about confidence, no matter what the scores are, i will go where i have to, no matter how far behind i am, i will be there.

Hey great job there. Just focus on the stuff on your hand. Forget the 1300 Qs. Just work on them 50 at a time or even 25 at a time. Next thing you know, you finished the whole Qbank. Break them down, they look much less scary.

thanks commit, i have only 10 days before my qbank expire( 4 weekends in between), didnt do it for a long time for reveiwing subjects, so, 2 months just went away just like that.

hey AD, hang in there, you're doing good!!! commit's right.... don't look at the 1300 questions, look at them 50 even 25 at a time, you'll get a lot done that way because you're taking it in chunks rather than the whole.....
anyhow, keep it up.... happy studying!

saturday, did only one block, and sunday reveiwed that. had plan of doing more, just couldnt, and tomorrow will be gone. anyway, now 1100 left. today, i havenst started, i was trying to write down only topics i have problem, not the whole explanation. and by doing this almost whole day gone, and i havent started anything, i will start one block now, its a cloudy day, so feeling sleepy, and head hurts too, so, i am having a hot cup of coffee, and as soon as i finish, i will be in the game.
You guys keep working too

Hello journal, and friends. I had been busy with qbank, sunday i thought i will renew for a week, and i found out, qbank dont have one week, like uw, so, i said hec with it. i had 600 questions left, yesterday i did 300, since i didnt have time to go back, i did in tutor mode (which is not reliable, i feel). when i finished i still had 300 left, but thats ok. Its just a practicing tool. any qbank will give that. I didnt reveiw book and did questions, so i found i forgot many subjects, so, my scores were not good, but good thing is i am better in patho, thanks to Dr. Goljan. I dont know why i am always low in nervous system, and genetics and my immuno was preety bad too. and micro and pharma, was low also. I dont know what to do about pharma, probably i need to reveiw it more, i wish there were someone like Dr Goljan for every subject.
I dont know what to do today, lol. I am blank, yesterday i was so busy, i had to spend even time to cook, and today is FREE.

I suggest you consider changing your journal title to, 'I shall Ace step 1 with God's grace', rather than just 'clear', as i truly believe we all can ace it! OK, Simon, title changed!. Ok, i have to go to bed with next days plan written somewhere. First plan was doing one block of nbme what i did almost a year ago, during preparing last time. last time, it was continous 4 block, but today, i just did 1 block, last time, i ran out of time, and corrected 24, today, i finished 5 minutes earlier, and corrected 34, i will minus 2 questions, because those were somewhere embedded in my memory, otherwise i couldnt do that. and this is first block of nbme 2. FEEL GREAT!
next plan, today, goljan audio, 1 lecture, need to read immuno and read some explanation of genetics. Happy studying everyone!
