I am planning to start my journal. I am a lazy person, slow, when i score low, i get frustrated, then i start looking for inspiration, and kill hours in that. and then i feel more frustrated, i dont have enough time, i already extened my elligbility period.
I sometime think i need someone to keep an eye on me, that i am not sitting idly infront of book, like my mother use to do, and criticize me, "why are you pretending that you are studying?"

With great enthu, I did 45 questions of uw pharma(renal, endocrine and GIT), didnt do bad. spent 3 hours.
did nothing for 4 hours, after that,
Now to keep my word i have to do more questions. i hate studying, i hate doing questions.
Now i will do some pathology, endocrine and oncology questions. why this exam is so hard, well nothing in this life is easy, not now.

what i learnt in pharma endocrine, renal, GIT, and made mistakes:
1. Adrenal crisis: tachycardia, hypotension, hypoglycemia, hyperpigmentation. treat with corticosteroid. corticosteroid increases neutrophil due to demargination of neutrophil from previously attached vessel wall. cortisol administration can cause liver gluconeogenesis, thereby increased protein synthesis.

2. Lispro and aspart is rapid acting insulin.
3. Pulmonary edema is side effect of mannitol and is treated with furosemide.
ACE inhibitor decreses GFR, creatinine increases, hyperkalemia.
4. Desmopressin induce endothelial procoagulatory protein release (including vWF)
5.Grave opthalmopathy, treat with corticosteroid, not antithyroid.
6.Opoid used for pain relief can contract gallbladder, abdominal pain in RUQ.
7.Glitazone bind with PPAR, which is nuclear receptor. and decrease insulin resistance.
