hi. i'd like to ask a question. i know you're a prog coordinator for a residency program. A program sent me an invite on the 3rd wk of october and i responded to them via email the following day regarding my preferred dates of interview. My problem is until now the program coordinator still hasn't responded to my email and dates chosen. I already sent them a follow up email a week ago but still there was no response. I'm hesitant to call them because it said in their invite that we should only correspond via email and not by phone. my question is, how long does it usually take for programs to respond to interview date scheduling and should i call them? my chosen dates are approaching already. thank you and i hope to hear from you.

^ i don't know what happened. the email that i sent was in my sent emails folder and it didnt bounce back so i'm assuming they received it. does it really take that long to schedule an IV?

call them and I think you have pretty descent concern to call them , initate ur conversaton by providing ur purpose for calling them and also apologise the for incovience, if any. If voice mail is there in there mail box then leave a voice mail and dont forget to mention ur aamc id no. name and call back number, surprisingly listen to my own voice mail people forget to put their number. Same incidence did occur with me and they did call me back.
