c. CD-4 i think..activated T- cells

  #9

B lymphocytes?

  #10

Atypical lymphocytes are CD 8 T LYMPHOCYTES

  #11

why not CD 4 lymphs

  #12

see CD+8 or cytotoxic lymphocytes are meant to kill or suppress , therefore they r produced against infective B cells in infectious mononucleosis.

  #13

B-cells are infected...and prolifirate in case of Burkits, CD-8 are the Downy cells, .. ALSO please do not forget Naso-Phareng Ca...especially if pt is Chineese or African. Splenic rupture is not just for 2 mths..it is for life...so post Mono avoid contact sports
