A pt with previous spells of diplopia, ataxia, disarthria and dizziness becomes acutely comatose. The most likely cause is 1. basilar artery thrombosis 2. subarachnoid hemorrhage 3. carotid occlusion 4. cerebellar hemorhage 5. pontine hemorrhage
