I have a dinner with residents the day before my iv, how formal is it?, what are you guys wearing?...

At my dinner everybody have been dressed casual- nice. The girls wore blouses and skirts/pants and the boys wore shirts (without ties) and casual pants ( not jeans).

Yeah dressy but not too much. I wore a gray turtle neck shirt which I thought was very beautiful with black dressy pants, a dark gray coat and my black overcoat overit. I used black shoes and I took a black and gray purse. I think everybody dressed formally but not to the point of wearing a tie or a suit. GL with it friend. I think it is a great way to meet the residents in a more relaxed way.
