hey hopkins main dept of surgery has given h1's for candidates they really wanted even though its known as a j1 program.. go for it man! let them know they wont have no chance at hiring cos u wont get statement of need letter.

I had that experience too. GoD! I did it 2 times. sent to different program one and another one sent to another faculty in program. What gonna happen! They haven't contacted me for prematch offer yet. Might be due to this mistake.

I got total IV 14 programs so far. 4 Uni-based, 3 good community-aff program. How is everybody so far??

I ll go to Bayview for a shot in early Dec, and after that, if I can't negotiate for an H1 there, I will probably pick a good H1 program and sign with them.
So gonna release around 10 to 15 more ivs if Bayview is only J1 possible.
