dreamer... Is what they want is your MSPE??

  #45

I am not sure, as for the biology , che, physica are pre-med courses.
as for the clinical rotations, they want the exact date of rotation.

so, my conclusion is may be not just MSPE....

It might be medical school transcript. How about sending them both MSPE and med. school transcript.

  #47

After MSPE release, I receive lots of rejections even small community programs.

I am bored to check my eras .

harlem rejection today

  #51

dreamer, i interviewed there. I had my 12th (high school) marksheet copy with me.

I also had letter of rotations from school in India so it helped. I liked the hospital not the town. You can look at my iv experience for more details.

I am not sure if they will extend interview in absence of documents. I think they will provided you promise them to get it before rank order list.

good luck

rejects from harlem and mount sinai...

  #53

Bit the bullet and emailed all the programs that haven't come back to me yet - about 35 in all.

Crozer-Chester and Mclaren/Michigan State University programs said that their interview slots were full.
Harlem rejected me
sticking out tongue

BUT so far 4 have said they are still reviewing - Beth Israel, St. Mary's, Thomas Jefferson, Michigan State University - which gives me hope.
nodnodnodnod

Granted the others haven't gotten back to me, but am optimistic. Am hoping can end with atleast 6-7 IV's (have 3 so far)

same story man, but the program u have mentioned sometimes send there rejection after the rank list is submitted. And some of program which i called told me that u are on hold but it is less likely to extend iv cos there is not much cancellation ,which they anticipated before

Emory Univ rejection

I am now thinking that this year everyone has applied at minimum 70-100 programs. Even small progrmas have applications in excess of 3000.

This to me leads to considerable overlap in their applicant pool. They extend interviews to the best candidates they can find, not the best they think would join the program.

So spots are full and there are two groups of applicants. One group has >12 interview other has <3 interviews.

To me this is fertile ground of late interviews (after prematches are offered and candidates withdraw) and scramble.

This is my two cents. Who knows what will happen. Keep hopes alive....
