I got it in less than 2 months...I sent the appplication along with all the documents they needed...and got the finger print cards without any delay and sent it back the next day itself...and I was expecting the letter only after a couple of months and to my surprise I got it within a few weeks after submitting the finger print cards...

took 9 months...but a lot of the delay was because of the lethargy of my med school officials to send the papers...good luck!
