Kaplan Qbank USMLE

They say that the test is configure in a way that who ever score a 200 today have the same knowledge that some one that score a 200 four years ago.
Four years ago I remember that people that were scoring 60's % in Qbook for step2 ck were passing the test in the 200 or more. Now you score that on Qbook and take the test and you FAIL the test, well based on what I have seen.

So that means that actually:
1- The test is more difficult( no surprise there)
2- Yes they raised the score, but what from 182 to 184. Meaning that if you were suppose to score an 200 you might score in the 190's but not fail the test.
3- They are misleading the people.

So I'm just doing rationalization here.

i think you came up with a very similar idea a while back.i think it isnt upto us to contemplate these aspects of the exam.it is something that would take up precious time of our studies which in any case is extremely short.

Are you still believe in all what people say about their scores on whatever q-banks or exams?

Did you notice that they started to get 266 on exam with a few months of preparation?

me007, cant one score 266 with a few months of prep?? [by the way what according to you it takes to get 266s?? Few DAYS or Few YEARS???] What I have seen is people prepare for months.[not days or years]

lol its kinda true cos u cant trust wht ppl say and do over the net. Yes u can trust ppl who have been involved in answering questions here and u kinda know how much they r prepared and have idea on how much they might or will score but for some person coming new to this forum suddeningly realising that they need to post their incredibly good score with all the "extraordinary rollercoaster rides " they had and we had no previous interaction with that person then its really hard to believe.
