Can any body tell me how I can get Goljan lecture?Are they just pathology lectures or there are other topics also?

Thanks but all these links are dead.

I would be happy to let anyone know if what I get is good stuff but I used the link here to find the EBAY guy and the cost was about 8 USD total so not that much for all of Goljan's stuff
