for second question: Accidentially found endometriosis: Expectant management is considered for two groups of patients: women with very little disease and perimenopausal women. Some women with minimal or no symptoms have minimal or mild endometriosis detected upon physical examination or as an incidental finding at surgery. These patients may benefit from cyclic oral contraceptives to retard progression of the disease and protect against unwanted pregnancy. Since she is having tube ligation. The best management is expectant management.

For first question Vitamine A deficiency is most possible The diagnosis is primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC) PBC is likely that an environmental trigger (possibly and infection, chemical or toxin) causes bile duct epithelial injury, which in susceptible individuals leads to a T-cell mediated autoimmune response directed against bile duct epithelial cells. Once immune mediated bile duct injury has been established, the disease progresses due to chronic cholestasis and resulting inflammation , scarring and pruritus A lack of bile affects the absorption of fats and of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. This sometimes leads to deficiencies of these vitamins in advanced cases of primary biliary cirrhosis.
