I'm planning to write step 3 early next year. How can I apply step3In NJ? it required 6 mo of PGT. I won't start residency until 2008.
and also the pre-medical college credits are confusing. Since I got those credits in the first 2 years at the medical college in my country.
please advice, thx.

you dont need to apply to NJ, even if you work in NJ later. step3 given anywhere is valid everywhere in states. so apply for a state with the least obstacles, like connecticut. and yeah you can take it anywhere in usa.
