I've heard "Iserson's Guide to Residency" is a good book, and reading First Aid for CS is good for medical questions that may be asked.

Hey there, Regarding the preparation, I have a copy of Iserson, and has come a little bit helpful, but in general you don't need to have a script for your interview. I would say prepare some highlights and general things to answer in some important questions (such as strength and weaknesses, tell me about yourself, why this program, why choose you/what makes you unique/how do you want me to remember you) Overall, peds interview seem more laid back than other specialties. Relax, and enjoy yourself. Try to be spontaneous. Talk to other interviewees. Humor is welcome. Remember, this is peds, after all.
