For now MF plz.... get in touch, the others. KEEP READING I"m right here for u. I visit here everyday.... I'll start quizzing u all. I so sud do same at Step 1. Just need to get l'le ones surgery out of the way. 
Btw, I dreamt last night that I was buying Step3 UW, so I guess I might as well 
I'll go make a new journal there. VISIT! But stay focused.  The feeling is great but I seriously hope I did well. Even if not, don't worry abt the test ust read well and do what I didn't to what I did and U'll be fine. MAny times U'll feel, are they crazy how could they think of this as an option, HAHAHAHA! Now in retrospect I hope the HAHAHAHa wasn't on me! 
I read all subjects once from the regular Kaplan books. Then I looked at my IM notes, Boards n wards did some of UW I know I sud have done more but it was just ..... ARGH I did abt. 50% scored 73% . So decided to read instead while taking my NBME. which I discussed in toto. THANKS SUP! I did my basic reading with a dear friend coz alone i wud either worry abt my Step 1 scores, applications or just plain want to sleeeeeeeeep. Oh yea..I used OBG FA while reading OBG. eventually the qs were as they wud be anyways, duh! FA EM some stuff I looked up. but not needed. KAPLAN is good enuff! Secrets I did here and there.
My last day I starined too much but, I did revise everything. Only thing I didn't do was BIOSTATS coz I knew I wudn't be able to answer anyways, U CAN"T SKIP> NO WAY! I was short on time and every so compromised 2 qs per block 
OH yea! I did Dr. F's Ethics qs. But the test... they ust read all material we have and decide to get weirder on those so can't say. My UW pysch was in 80s so I did PSych only a day 3 days before.Anyway I had just done B sc. BRS in Step1... So I cud afford that.Paeds, resuscitation n 2 qs on development. Guys FLUID n electrolytes! Restless leg syndrome! Surgery, hmmmmmm U know, Kaplan is cool. Read the first half the first time and learn it do UW then next time read the second half. BUT if U have the flash cards which I did just the day before, as I got them that late. U are covered. They are from Kaplan too!!!!!!! So funny, just realized that.
About the test day. I was exhausted even after 6 hrs of sleep..... and was scared coz I didn't believe in me!  After the first block which I did in fear, I took a brether break, called my husband told him what I was feeling and he sent me back packing. He said everytime u are scared Think of Surya ! Well, everytime I would type my Id I wud think of God and then suddenly KG wud come to my mind and I wud grin! Then it was just another day of doing just qs. A very long day indeed! VERY TIRING! Cudn't wait for the end of the day. I did most qs. quick and revised them right then coz i knew time management was no biggie. and I had 3 minutes in which to go over the marked ones. I think I have bits of ADD so I wud sometime start from the beginning then after 10 qs wud be so bored so wud go to the end. and work backwards, in the last 2 blocks even the center sometimes. The qs I liked the most were the ones with many choices, coz half of them were idiotic! Also u didn't have to read them again for the next one! (this is called reaction formation, coz originally they freaked me out!) Every paitient was typically American with the a baseline P/H of DM, CHO,L HTn, Asthma and yea everyone seemed to have PVD. I better watch what I eat now, is all I could think. About Infectious diseases which I didn't do much tnx to micro! Where I scored high. they just talk abt. things u wudn't know anyways so y read, noooooo I mean plzzzzzzzzz read! ECG couple but doable wiith the story to go with it same with audio (S3, PDA) no videos on mine...anyway they ust ask what u'll do next so even if u don't know the murmur u still know the answers!  Some derma pictures many X-rays, ST MRIs but it's all there. Just don't let anything make u feel otherwise.
Not to many experimental like Step1...definitely easier than that! I cud even think oh yea my CS helped me answer a few as did step 1. I don't really know how I did but I"M PLAIN HAPPPPPPPPPY To be done! Today mamma's going to play with her sonny, after 2 years!!!!!! U all study and in between pray that I did well and get something that will call me for interviews, I had a few very djected days while preparing coz i had to do my application work and also call and hear to the "NO, sorry have finished. U are late! Not good enuff, blaaaahblah." So don't stop ur prays just yet.......... I need them More so now! Coz seriously it never is about the test but what comes after! GOD BLESS YOU all! I'm right here. ASK! TAKE! AND STAY DETERMINED!
Might not go to each thread but will keep checking here and my Step1 Study partners as well, as it's time to give for me, once again! THE WHIP IS SOOOOO BACK!
