I think that is better to master and understand the basics and the main concepts. than try to do really hard stuff.Beacuse at the end you will have holes all over your preparation and you will not know why you are scoring so low in the NBMES.

one book is titled FA Cases while the other one is FA Q & A. You seem to have seen Q & A....
