hi fellas .....
CCS : from his and PE its ruptured abd aortic anuerysm. Management should be straight for laparotomy ...... USMLE Steps123 says that you should also do Abd CT with conrtast ???? ...... why do u need that if you are opening up the abd and who wants to waste 30 min for CT ... and that too with contrast ?
any input is much appreciated .....
