my question is: what is the latest time I can take step 3 with out losing the chance to get a H1b visa for the 2008 match? please some one answer....

Hi! It is a gud idea to get ur step 3 result before rank order submission deadline, it takes around 3-4 wks to get the result. So give it smewhere is jan mid. However sme programs dont stress u to give ur steo 3 result before rank order submission, but its better if u have the result by then.
