Hey, puchpal...
Life was harder when kids were younger, can't complain a lot anymore. Husband is the most wonderful in the world. I am studying for steps 3 and 2 CS right now, will go to Chicago in February for step 2 CS. Doing some CME, too.
I'll apply for 2009, then I'll be even older, God only can help me... Still, worth a try, "not over 'till it's over"...
I hope you'll match at a nice place.

But I mean you can not sign a h1 prematch without step3 right? If you accept a prematch and if you wanna go h1 then dont you have to have step3 by the time you sign for that prematch??

I think details about step 3 and visa need to be talked about before signing the prematch. The program may trust you'll pass step 3, but I think you should pass it ASAP if you want an H1 visa. Good luck!
