freind was interviewed there last week...it sounded strange...they asked her behavioral q then gave her case scenarios...after that they had an exercise on teamwork in a simulation room where all the people were put in and told to work out some things whilst they were being watched thru one way mirror and there were microphones rigged up....sounds scary but frined liked the iv and would love to match there..apparently the PD is way cool....
