A 20 yr old man is brought to the ER by fire rescue after falling off an 8 foot ladder. According to witnesses, the patient became unconscious immediately after the injury. The patient then awoke for about an hour but had a headache and was lethargic. He then lost consciousness again and was rushed to th ER. On exam, he is comatose, and his left pupil is dilated. What is the most likely diagnosis?
