A 55 yr old patient complaining of acute substernal chest pain is brought to the ER by ambulance. He is nauseated and diaphoretic. On exam, the patient is hypotensive and has elevated jugular venous pulsation. His lung fields are clear. A right sided ECG is performed that shows changes in the right precordial leads consistent with an acute righ ventricular infarction. What should be the next step in the treatment of this patient?
