I'm guessing since it falls under the basic pathology of spasms (ie same as prinzmental's). Make it simple, there is one more basic CVS pathology in which you would see ST elevation.

these are other causes of ST elevation Normal ST-Segment Elevation and Normal Variants Left Bundle-Branch Block Acute Myocarditis Hyperkalemia The Brugada Syndrome and Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy Pulmonary Embolism Transthoracic Cardioversion
