papain =2fab and 1 fc
pepsin= 1fab...fcdigested in to multiple fragments..these depend on site of digestion

  #3

papain cleaves on the carboxy side of the disulphide bonds n thus 2 fab n 1 fc n other way for pepsin. :!:

thanx guys, but i will like to know which disulphide bond you are refering. there are numerous intrachain disulfide and 3 interchain disulfide bonds in an Ig molecule.
