the features of the curves show that the antagonist is an irreversible blocker of alpha receptor which is phenoxybenzamine...

whatever the chioce is..I forgot grin

Noncopmetitive antagonists cause a nonparalel shift to the right...

NEP acting on both alpha1 and alpha 2 and the blocking agent anagonize the action on both receptor types .
I think it is phenoxybenzamine. I'm not sure.

I sometimes find it hard to remember that phentolamine is reversible and phenoxybenzamine is irreversible alpha blocker. Any mnemonic any one??
