growth in muscularis mucosa

D... though B seems tempting

  #4

why d & why not b.??

  #5

think that D is more tempting than B because it's reflate the depth or " the extension of the tumor.

  #6

i go for b..serosal inv...dr patel please tell us the ans :?

  #7

sorry guys! cant help you there...i came across this mcq....there werent any answers given!
i put it up on the forum hoping you guys can figure it out.

  #8

friends i have found the correct answer..its extension to serosa ...

:icon_salut: bobby was correct ...

  #9

i was thinking about duke's classification and trying to make sense out of it.

  #10

for me is b). serosa is more external. so if there involvement of the serosa it means that the neoplasm has already crossed the M. mucosa
