Gay?! Do you mean the guy, the song or yourself. Because in my opinion the first two definitely aren't. You may not find it funny, but GAY?!! Don't post responses that you think will make you sound cool. Grow up.

I think Doc750 hurt the artist here, but Amason is right it doesnt sound gay; drunk or high on a multiple of things maybe yeah not sure but not gay. I wud have considered it gay if he made the notes go in a high pitch and sounded like if he was in a musical that i think might have been gay ( in my humble opinion which can be wrong cos somehow u cant just define gay atleast in US)

some of you guys take things too literally. I'd go into an explanation about how the term "gay" can be used in different contexts. But it's a waste. NNL pretty much hit the nail on the head.
Amson, ease up. Don't ever take anything on the internet too seriously.

In every context you just sound silly. And thanks for your advice on how not to take anything on the internet seriously, but that just confirms what I think of you. The internet can feel like a safe barrier for you to say whatever you like, maybe something to make you feel a little bit better about your sad existence, but on serious forums where people come, as professionals, to exchange information and socialize I think "seriously" is exactly what we should take "the internet."
PS: Although I wish I had the talent to be, I am not the artist performing that song. Enjoy.

OK Chill it both of u. None of us r promoting any civil rights issue. Context is wht matters here. Wht u think is gay or ungay has a million interpretations just as the word starting with N used for Afro americans can be used in mulitple contexts. SO Chill it and ease up on the jokes.

haha... how did this end up being a homosexuality discussion? LOL
Anyway, that was pretty funny... I don't find it insulting at all... I think we all need a little humor in our lives to ease the tension sometimes... Although he was off key sometimes, I think its nice if this guy is a doctor and also has the time to learn and play guitar... I hope he finds residency soon -I don't want to see him homeless on the subway -gay or not!  .... kidding!

While I don't think the discussion moved as much onto homosexuality as it did courtesy, I agree with you Dr V. I'm glad that most of us can take a joke, even one that may be on us!
