Hi BBB
I am wondering, is it illegal to ask about pre-match during the interviews? Is it ok to ask the PCs if the program has any inclincation or history of offering pre-matches? Or it is best to wait till the program offers it to you?

No, it isn't illegal. You can ask the PC if she knows if prematches will be given this year.
