Have u been to all programs of ur top 4?
If not, why accept it now?
To be frank, even if u apply to second-tier programs mostly, 22 still proves u have very good credentials, and I believe u have received several prematches so far as this is ur sixth iv.
Dont do anything that will regret u later, but as long as u ve thought thoroughly, rely on ur sixth sense.

How long they give you to say yes?

Congrats vipulsavalia. Maybe If it's on your top 5 it sounds reasonable to accept it.... Also you should be the best judge from what you felt of the program... Would you like to train there?
good luck with your decision. It's not that easy...maybe some reasoning (paper and pen...listing pros/cons)....plus some gut feeling (did you like it) should be better (and easier) than following our opinions...
best.

So now, you have 3 opinions from some "experienced" guys....hehe
mph: no
robin: yes
prueba: no/yes (as usual, easiest choice)

PS: did they give you a deadline? if possible try to visit as many places as you can before the deadline...maybe you can take a decision with more info/experience....
