hi erybody
if I apply to the Diversity visa these days
will it affect e when asking for B1 visa for CS exam next June?

Nope , not at all . They only ask you if you ever applied for an immigration visa before , and the DV doesn't fall in that catogory unless you actually win that lottery ... So don't worry . We had applied for Dv and then requested a B1/B2 visa . It never came up .

Hi, i know a friend that won the last DV lottery.His applic however wasn't processed to completion bc the visa nos available finished b4 sep 30th, 2007.He got a B1/B2 visa despite that, though the DV applic was brought up in the interview.So i dont think u ve any problems...even if u win.Just have evidence of ties blah blah.Cheers
