Hi Maki, Congratulations for getting done this exam and heartly thanks for sharing your experience with us. You are such a brave mom OMG. I am confident that you will get a great score. Got a few questions for you:
1.-About the NBMEs: how much do they cost?. I think there is a downloaded one but is it the same?
2.-Stadistic questions: I am freak out since i hate this topic, you said you got 2 per block OMG

Ivonne sorry for the verrrryyyy late replay. About the NBMEs, they cost $45 each. I think doing NBME 2 and 3 is good. The concepts of NBME 1 and NBME 2 questions are well covered in UW and your result on those refelect how much you understand your qbank. NBME 3 assesses your ability to answer qs of different presentation,i.e it is different than the qbanks.
The statistics questions were surprises for me too. I didn't expect to get that much questions on stat. And my fault was procastination. I read my stat on the last week. And I didn't practice questions on it. I think it is better if you do it earlier in your preparation and do questions every now and then to referesh your memory.
I know you will do great on this exam coz you are persistant in your studying and you are very discplined.

I got my result today. It is 240/99. I am very happy and I couldn't kiss my husband enough. It is his support and devotion which kept me reading. Glory to Lord!
