as a fmg, u hear so much about how important scores are, where the reality in that lies I guess is with what program you apply to. I only ask about these wonderful scores because honestly this website has alot of them, and that could mean this is a great place to learn from. Yes it can make studying at times more difficult, especially when only scoreing in the 40's on UW. So what I want to say is I am happy for all those 99's, I dream of a score like that, but if I pass I would be also living a dream! Good luck to everyone!

A 80 something score with good USCE, or clinical experience in general -wherever- and LORs is far much better than a 99 with just an observership and poor LORs. I heard most residency program directors want clinical experience above all. Scores do help. But they're just one ingredient among many other requirements.
and yes, people scoring 99 are more likely to post their experience than those scoring lower.
