Polycytemia vera:Microvascular complications may appear clinically as headache, light-headedness, transient neurologic abnormality, transient ocular disturbance, tinnitus, atypical chest pain, paresthesias, and erythromelalgia (a rare but painful burning sensation of the hands or feet). Low-dose aspirin (81 mg or less per day) can be used to treat these disorders. So the answer is Bwink

I copied the answer from an official site, so the answer is asprin.And if you read the question with atention tou can also suspect a dehidration...so phebotomy is not a choice, you can not make a diagnosis of polycytemia only knowing the Ht, or Hb...
