Ok I have a friend got prematch and the person wants to know how to tell the other progrsmd about cancelling their interviews?
Anyone?

email. Program coordinators do not need to know the reasons why he is cancelling the IVs....they just need to know it soon, so that other applicants can be invited.

... " i regret to inform you that i won't be able to attend my interview at your program on ..... , thank you." ?

Just email them- it is not unusual for programs to received emails like this. Last year three of my friends signed a prematch and they cancelead all other ivs.

There is a column on your ERAS page where you can tell the programm that you are withdrawing from the match thats also a good place to start

and please tell him to cancel the interviews soon because i there are two places which invited me but by the time i got thru the phone all slots were filled !!!! i am waiting for someone to cancel.

"Dear Program Coordinator: I would like to cancel my interview on {enter date here} as I will be unable to attend the interview. Thank you for the offer."

That's all that needs to be said.
