The mutation is a result of the omission of a single amino acid, phenylalanine. This is caused by an error at codon 508, one of 1480 codons.

so!! i found the answer
we have to look the hydrophylic aminoacids, that will be connecting with hydro enviroment.
look 2 aminoacids from both sides

C.the receptor containz phenylalanine which is missing in cystic fibrosis due to the mutation....
