i am stating this new post cause i am finding it very difficult to assess about the i.m interviews....cause other post are not organised
i am trying for 2009...now that interview season ending lets make a clean record of im interviews..let all post be according the given format,most imp ur interview programmes..this will help us all get a clear picture about what each programmes looking for..

I think this is a great idea  a little too early though. The best time would be right after THE MATCH...Now people just don'tknow how many IVs they'll get, how many they will rank and the outcome of all this madness...
