i am not sure...but logically hypercalciuria should be more common...this is how it happens i think....about 10% of normocalcemic patients in sarcoidosis patients have hypercalciuria.....and patients with hypercalcemia do have hypercalciuria as such consequent to increase blood calcium...so 10% extra....this is jut logic..i dont know the answer

Hypercalcemia is seen in about 10-13% of patients,whereas hypercalciuria is 3 times more common.

thank u for the response. according to uworld hypercalciuria is more common.
