How can an IMG write in international publications? and which publications are available to IMGs?

All publication is available for IMG to publish. Pick a publication that you want to target. Read some papers published in that publication. Look the guideline for authors to find out format, word limitations, focus etc. Follow that guideline. Write a good quality paper and submit to the editor. Wait till you get feedback from reviewers and their recommendation either to reject, or major revision, or accept with minor revision or accept as is. It takes a lot of time between your submission and getting the review back. The more prestigious an outlet/journal is, the lower is normally the acceptance rate. An acceptance rate below 10% is normal. Sometimes it's a frustrating process, since you have to go through several rounds of revision, before at the end getting rejected. So, good luck.
