thanks! but can i ask why amenorrhea of pregnancy is due to B-hcg?I thought it should be progesterone because it increases significantly during pregnancy

about Q7: both B (hydatidiform mole ) and C (pregnancy with fibroid) can cause enlarged uterine size, can't they? Q 8. if it was a menopausal women,atrophic vaginitis is more common, isn't it?

what is the difference between vaginal US and abdominal US? so, if abdominal US is in the answer in terms of Q 6, is it right?

q5I am confused. q6 it is not the difference between abd usg and vag usg. Ist trimester scan 1 wk differnce with GA. 2nd trimester scan 2wks difference with GA.1st trimester ut is still a pelvic organ .after 12 wks ut becomes an abdominal organ . Any pelvic organ vaginal usg is better. q7 Both hydantiformmole and pregnancy with firoid will not correspond to GA . But wrong dates are more common than any of those given choices. Q8Atrophic vagitis is mcc of post menopausal bleeding . Ca endometrium occurs in postmenopausal women .So we have to r/o Ca endometrium.
