1-a? 2- macrosomia? all other conditions are likely to show up on an 18 wk scan. torn betwen macrosomia and polyhydramnios though. any one?

I agree with you about the first one because sinusoidal FHR pattern is associated with anaemia. i am not sure about the second one either by the way ,thanks for your reply

2. polyhydramnios. all the other choices can result into polyhydramnios. AFI>20. Without sufficient history polyhydramnios is the best bet.
