A 18-year-old college football player presents to the outpatient for an annual PE. ANGINA--- CHEST PAIN BECAUSE coronary ostia are lie above the stenotic aortic vavlve,so decreased blood flow thru ostia to coronary vessles which supplies mass of heart...so is the PAIN most common presentation

u r right neuroblastoma i was confused. Answer is B-dyspnea IHSS is the most common cause of sudden death in healthy athletes.

This is a kaplan qbank question. The correct answer is B-dyspnea . The most common symptom for HOCM is dyspnea The most fatal symptom is sudden death.
