I registered for step 3,even paid for the one time 90 days postponement, but due to unforeseen circumstances, could not take the exam on the day that I scheduled for it.I want to know
1]Is that recorded as an attempt?
2]My eligibilty ended on the 4th of October, how soon can I re-register to be able to have my results for mid feb latest?
3]What will appear on my transcript sent to the programs, assuming it is not recorded as an attempt?
Thank you all for your time and sincere advices.

1]Is that recorded as an attempt? No if you canceled you exam date

2]My eligibilty ended on the 4th of October, how soon can I re-register to be able to have my results for mid feb latest? you can apply now and take the test in end Jan

3]What will appear on my transcript sent to the programs, assuming it is not recorded as an attempt? look similar to your step 1+2ck score

Thanks Robin but the problem really is that I didn't get to cancel the date but I also didin't show up.I know it sounds ridiculuos but due to so many issues,I didn't even remember to cancel the date I chose until 2 days after the scheduled date for the exam,so I had the exam scheduled for sept 24th or thereabt and didn't show up,that's why I'm worried if it's going to be counted as an attempt.

unfortunately if you do not cancel a test, it is registered in your transcripts as a "--", in the score part of that date. They prepared a slot for oyu with your individualized test, so it counts. But no score is registered.
