Well in the real life I would know the date of her last period, but this is exam.... sooo..... have no clue.... and my guess goes to.......

F but you have to rule out the ither stuff for that.
in that case the lady have overgrowth of the endometrium because of an excess of hormones in one side. so the endometrium will be bleeding because of the excess but no egg or ovulation.

I hope that make sense.

F => DUB (Dysfucntional Uterine Bleeding => MCC => Anovulatory cycle )

Most endometrial biopsy specimens will show persistent proliferative pattern with possible mild hyperplasia or dyssynchronous endometrium. ( Robbins )

there is no luteal phase, no progesterone effect, hence proliferative phase is not followed by secretory phase.

DUB in this age group ...
usually prolonged estrogen stimulation without presence of progesterone leads to breakdwon of stroma
