hay folks,this thread i just started to sahre few tips to beat last days anxiety,as exams just 3 weeks away,my anxiety ghost trying to play full hallowen grin,here few candies (tips)to calm down that ghost...i will be looking foeward for furher suggestions plzzz reply

WHAT I DO...

when i feel tired and quite confused and entring anxiety phase:i look over the slides of that that particular system along with slide description so this visual aid helps me to memorize more and making bit more interstin when em bit tired of reading and reading and readingshaking head

1more thing i do,heheehe i read posts here of exam experiences and dream of high scoregrin

wow... i think i rather have the drugs! hahaha...

my anxiety beater? driving around in my car... watching a funny movie... and taking a nap... it is cheaper than my favorite hobby... shopping!

I torture myself to cause enough pain that can make me forget the pain/anxiety of the test.

LOLLLLL!!! Bioguy!! you made me laugh so much!! cos sometimes my mind causes me pain like in that caricature WITHOUT the use of such tools hahaha

Oh I must add, some yoga poses really help ease the stress for me...
