I want to know that after which month its highly unlikely to get a call from pstchiatry program? Whats the normal deadline ? I have applied in 45 but didnt get a singly damn call uptil now ?

Anyone in the same boat ?

After Dec. it is unlikely to get a call. I was in the same situation as u in last year’s match…. Hang in there.

MrBean, you mean with the start of December or after December is over?? So I mean, according to your estimates do we have mainly November left to wait for IVs or November and December ??

As afar as a I knoe Oct and Nov have high call rate,
In Dec and Jan u need to follow up about ur application then u can get a interview some body who do not want to attend due to their issues

hi

I applied to 44 programs. I have been invited to 5 interviews so far. I am not happy at all because my background is strong and i have very good scores. I am still waiting. Does anybody know if the issue may be the mspe that is available after 1 nov? This year unlike other years I don t know anybody to have more than 5 interviews for the same specialty even those people are highly competitive. It s very wierd....

Whatcha got there ferekide, what are your credentials? There are candidates here who would envy you for those 5 IVs from such strong programs. Plus we are only half the way there so I assume u'll get at least another 5 interviews.

I meant after Dec is over.
