Not sure, but my answer is arterial embolism. It fits with the new location of the vascular problem. Initially, she had a stab wound causing lacertation of femoral artery/vein, then there is a new vascular problem from the knee down (corrolates with popliteal artery).

2 days after the operation, swelling and pain, I think it's compartment syndrome.

My answer : Femoral vein thrombosis
Compartment syndrome presents earlier after vascular repair and is due to reperfusion injury.
In this case , there is no history of prolonged ischemia as distal pulses were intact before the repair.
