Vasoreactivity is defined as a decrease in the mean pulmonary artery pressure by 20% or to normal values in PPH. This is done by meauring the pulmonary artery pressure during catheterisation by using nitrc oxide or epoprostenol. If the patient shows a decrease in 20%, then he/she ahs a good prognosis and he could be palced on long term CCB's.
