i have done one read for both kaplan physio book and brs physio and just tried out some UW phsyio question just on cardio section.
and i have found out those graphs that related to both CO vs atrail pressure graphs and those questions related to using normal pulse graphs vs abnormal pulse graphs to dx valvular diseases. i couldnt really answer these questions and then relealized that these questions couldnt be answered just by using both kaplan physio and BRS phsyio alone. these graphs are shown in guyton physio textbook.
i know UW is suppose to be challenge, but do you guys think it is actually too detail or USMLE is actually testing that detail? and if that is how detail i m supposed to know, then is that mean i should use guyton for supplement??
