I have researched this and cannot be satisfied so far

thyroglobin is turned into T4 and T3

T4 and T3 are thyroid hormones but in a hypo thyroid would you see

low thyroglobin or low hormones as a best answer?

low hormones with rising TSH (primary hypothyroidism)...of course it all depends also on which level the pathology exists--thyroid or pituitary.
