child with bilateral lens dislocation and other clinical features resembling marfan's syndrome . Blood levels of methionine found to be increased .What is the enzyme lacking ?

homocystiene converts to methionine by methyltransferase!! :!:


same presentation(homocystinuria by either of the enz deficiencies ,if methyktransferase def thn no increased levels of methinine !!)
